Putting Back The Pieces

On the 14th of July 2019, life was tragically shattered for the 10 year old Queensland schoolgirl Abigail sweeper.

While competing on her horse, Abbie  fell and sustained brain and spinal cord damage, leaving her a ventilator dependent tetraplegic.

Essentially, Abbie can no longer breathe for herself nor move any part of her body below the neck.

We have built this website to sell merchandise kindly donated by some amazing sponsors and 100% of the proceeds go directly to Abbie and her family

Thank you to our amazing sponsors that have made this website possible.

Host A Ride For Abbie Event At Your School!

Students are encouraged to design and make or bring a hobby horse to school and complete an obstacle course of your making on the school oval. (Easily relatable to your technology design and HPE curriculum).

Students are asked to wear green (for spinal cord awareness) and bring a donation to assist with Abbie’s rehabilitation. All proceeds go to the Ride for Abbie Trust.

Please register your interest to host an event an event by emailing event co-ordinator Tiffany Stubbs (Rainworth sate school) tcapl2@eq.edu.au advising your school name and proposed event date.
